St Lukes is a 28 bed Nursing home with a friendly, welcoming and caring team.As Deputy Manager, you will share our commitment to providing outstanding, personalised care for our residents. This will include the development of comprehensive, individual and detailed care plans, medication management and supporting the care and nursing teams in the delivery of our person-centred philosophy. You will champion professional development, and act as a lead, coach and mentor to our nursing and care colleagues.With an excellent knowledge of the CQC, you will ensure our service provision meets full regulatory compliance and is safe, effective, responsive and well-led.
